Generation Y’s Renewed Evangelical Involvement
Evangelical Australia claims M.V. Tronson, (founder of Sports and Leisure Ministries, and well known author and artist), who cites the recently released National Church Life Survey (NCLS) which shows an astonishing picture of Generation Y’s renewed evangelical involvement while the huge contribution to national health and community welfare by evangelical churches signify the hard yards their congregations put into community involvement. This, he says, is the real dinky-di Australia Day 2008 story that helps keeps the nation as a community functioning with care and love and passion and commitment to others. “However, these are aspects of Australian evangelical life that are sadly boring as opposed to a saucy or sensational news story,” M.V. Tronson explained. “Celebration of such a wonderful annual reminder of how blessed we are in Australia in the way we uphold our community welfare obligations is truly evangelical,” M. V. Tronson exclaimed.
