GKM Out and About
Last Sunday, Dr Moyes was preaching to an enthusiastic congregation at New Lambton Heights Family Church of Christ under the excellent leadership of Kelvin Holliday This church is known for its wide spread care ministry and its support for Christian leadership in the Parliament. Then he spoke at the CDP meeting at Islington Baptist, under the leadership of Milton Caine and Jim Kendall. The minutes of the April meeting showed this branch discusses serious matters of policy and on issue after issue showed an intelligent grasp of the new realities of living in Australia and voted for change. If all of our branches showed such clear thinking and courage, we would be a danger to the force of secular humanism. Dr Moyes congratulated both groups on their stances for fresh energy, membership and policy changes.
