Is the Minister aware that in order to maintain existing levels of dental service in Australia there will be a shortage of about 1,500 dental and oral health workers Australia-wide—or a shortfall of 3.8 million visits by 2010—and that Australia has a rate of 46.8 practising dentists per 100,000 of the population, which ranks nineteenth on a list of OECD countries?

Reverend the Hon. Dr Gordon Moyes: Is the Minister aware that Blue Mountains City Council is exempt from paying the landfill levy and that Shoalhaven City Council, which houses one the most seriously disadvantaged communities in the State, is required to pay the landfill levy?

Reverend the Hon. Dr Gordon Moyes: I ask the Minister for Roads a question without notice. Is the Minister aware of research conducted by Australian Association of Motor Insurers , which found that 93 per cent of Australian motorists have been subject to antisocial behaviour or road rage of some type, particularly with regards to rude gestures, drivers being tailgated, drivers being forced off the road and, alarmingly, one in 20 drivers saying that they have been physically assaulted?

Is the Minister aware that eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia and binge eating affect approximately 330,000 people in New South Wales of both sexes, all ages and every social and economic background?

Dr Gordon Moyes: I ask the Minister for Education and Training: Is he aware that Australian higher education remains significantly socially polarised and that disadvantaged groups, such as people from rural and regional areas, people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds and indigenous Australians, are dramatically underrepresented in our universities?
